We are seeking an upbeat, self-driven multitasker who is technologically proficient and solution-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills, social awareness, and the commitment to supporting a positive, team-oriented environment. Reliability and attention-to-detail is a must.
This role plays an essential part in guiding families through the cremation and memorial process from first call through final disposition. Team members manage a wide variety of responsibilities throughout the day, balancing family communication, arrangements, coordination, documentation, and administrative support while ensuring every family receives compassionate, organized and professional care.
Our schedule is designed to support a healthy work/life balance while still providing exceptional care to the families we serve. Team members work Monday – Friday, with participation in a shared on-call rotation. Because this role is focused on family care, arrangements and coordination, team members are not responsible for night/weekend services, embalming or transfers commonly associated with traditional funeral service. We offer a competitive base salary commensurate with experience, along with health, dental, vision insurance, 401K with 5% company match, bonuses, and generous PTO.
